1. Bidding for Establishment of Hemodialysis Center through Public-Private Partnership (Revenue Sharing Scheme)
This is being issued to clarify, modify, and amend terms of reference in the Bid Documents.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Additional Terms of Reference:
- The Minimum Requirement for Revenue Sharing Scheme is 70:30 from the net income. Whereas the external service provider is entitled to seventy percent (70%) and the procuring entity will receive the remaining thirty percent (30%) from the net income.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall part of the Bid Documents. Any provisions in the Bid Documents inconsistent herewith are hereby amended, modified, and superseded accordingly.
