SUPPLEMENTAL BID BULLETIN NO. 4

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall be applicable for the following projects

Bidding ITB No.: B10-2020

1. Lot Bidding for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Chest Thorax Room with Flat Panel Detector System and Mobile X-Ray Machine
2. Bidding for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of One (1) Unit CT Scan Machine a least 32-Detector Row or Higher
3. Bidding for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of One (1) Unit 3D/4D Ultrasound

This is being issued to clarify, modify, and amend items/specifications in the Bid Documents.

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form part of the Bid Documents. Any provisions in the Bid Documents inconsistent herewith are hereby amended, modified, and superseded accordingly.
