The East Avenue Medical Center, through Bids and Awards Committee, invites bidders to apply for the Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement – Ceiling Exhaust Fan and Industrial Fan (see attached file for the specification and estimated price.)
Please submit your sealed bids on or before May 12, 2021, 2:00PM with the following requirements:
- Business Permit
- SEC or DTI Registration
- BIR Certificate of Registration
- Tax Clearance
- PhilGEPS Certificate
- Audited Financial Statement including Annual Income Tax Return 2019
Only those who submit the complete requirements will undergo review and evaluation.
Please also take note that the items are subject for post qualification evaluation by the Technical Working Group (TWG).
